A Few Details
This course was live for all participants and has a live/interactive element for all that were able to attend. Currently, we do not have any live courses scheduled but you can join this course and watch the replays of each class. You will see live demonstrations, critiques of athletes in the course, and technique lessons as they happened. During this course we even dove into interactive sessions with TrainingPeaks and/or I will show you my own workout charts that I have grown to use over the years.
In the end, you unfortunately missed our last live class but you can watch the replay(which is still AWESOME) or check back to sign up for our next live masterclass!
