90+ Days out from the event: 70% Refund
60 - 90 Days out from the event: 30% refund or 50% transfer rate
40 - 60 Days out from the event: 30% transfer rate
Less than 40 days out: No refunds or transfers
EXCEPTIONS: If we have to cancel/change the camp
For extenuating circumstances(IE: COVID).
Special Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis
